Visa request
If you need an official letter of invitation to obtain your visa, please follow the instructions below :
1) Ask for your BADGE to the show
2) At the end of your request, you will have to fill in a form to obtain your LETTER OF INVITATION
THE LETTER OF INVITATION will be sent by our staff to the embassy you will have selected.
You will receive a copy of this letter.
Beware: to fill in the INVITATION LETTER REQUEST, the following information is required:
· Date of birth
· Place of birth
· Nationality
· Passport number
· Date of issue of your passport
· Date of expiration of your passport
· Embassy where we should send the invitation letter
