The International “Grands Prix” Awards for Automotive Innovation were created twenty years ago during EQUIP AUTO 1985, with the objective of promoting the technology of vehicle equipment manufacturers to a wider audience in the automotive world. Since then these Awards have become a major event in the automotive news calendar with impressive media impact both in France and on the international scene.

The International “Grands Prix” Awards for Automotive Innovation are organized by EQUIP AUTO with the participation of the international press. The Prizes will be awarded by an international jury made up of 82 journalists from 27 countries. Their aim is to select and reward the most innovative concepts, products and services from among the new offerings presented by exhibitors at EQUIP AUTO.

Two prizes (gold and silver) will be awarded next October in the following categories:

-          Engineering and Advanced Technology

-          Spare Parts and Aftermarket

-          Garage Equipment.

And for the first time this year:

-          Services (consulting, training, logistics, decision making and management aid,      engineering...)

The 11^th International “Grands Prix” for Automotive Innovation awards ceremony will take place on Monday 15^th October, under the glass roof of the Equip Auto gallery. The ceremony will be followed by the exhibitors’ evening and will thus benefit from a large audience of automotive industry and media personalities.
